CLUB BUBBLY
TERMS AGREEMENT 
 

  1. You agree you are over the age of 21

  2. You are the authorized owner/user of the credit card
  3. You agree to monthly auto ship and monthly charge for the purchase for club bubbly.
  4. You also agree to not dispute any charges made from St. Dixie so long as the charges are in the terms you are agreeing to today. 
  5. Membership must be canceled in writing 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipment via Flowers@StDixie.com
  6. A person over the age of 21 must be available to sign for shipment . See terms
