SHIPPING POLICY
- For all orders placed online Monday-Saturday please allow 2-3 hours on business days to process your order before getting it out on delivering and Any orders placed Sunday, will be delivered the following day Monday.

Orders placed after 3:00pm are scheduled to be processed the following business day or if we are able to we will get out the same day

Delivery of the package depends on the distance of the shop or what time the order it came into the shop that day and the day the order was received. weather permitted.

Due to proper storage during transportation of orders of wine champagne all orders should be signed for by someone over 21 years of age

Flower Orders are delivered and placed on porch if not available and neighbors aren’t available to get for you.

We cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine.

All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 years of age or older). Our drivers will not leave such packages of wine champagne on the door step, even if the recipient has requested this. Just flowers will be left on door step if no one is home and if wine was purchased with order they will need to pick up at store if not home at time of delivery of the wine champagne

If a package returns, please contact us. A re-shipping fee will be applied to all orders that are sent back out or you may pick up from us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No return on Alcoholic beverages once the left the shop Flowers have a 2 day guarantee and can only be returned or exchanged in that timeframe
RETURN OF PACKAGE
If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the delivery attempts, return of your package is back at store. You have the option to have the package re-delivered for an additional shipping fee. Or you may pick up
